White Dog was excited to find a package from our special friend Sue in yesterday's mail. We opened it to find gifts wrapped in Christmas paper and a note apologizing for their lateness. "Sue is silly," WD said, "handmade gifts take as long as they take and are a delight whenever they show up on the door. What did you get?"

I fastened the paper. Actually I was slowly doing the "old lady thing" of carefully saving the paper until WD grabbed the flap with her teeth and pulled. "There! Now get on with the unveiling."

Sue had crafted a winter headband (my ears are cold for most of the season) with a special touch. "Perfect!" I exclaimed. "But it WILL have to wait until it is not 82 degrees F," Zso commented.

"Looks kind of like Bella Bee," White Dog laughed, "when she is doing her happy dance."

I picked Bella up in my arms. "What do you think, WDA?"
